Dinke and Dilly

I ran into this photoshop problem before and it involved windows ink. I went through all the steps again but this time it wasn’t solved. After getting so annoyed with it happening over and over again I couldn’t focus on anything else and got to flustered to draw. If anyone has a solution to try I’m all ears and no arms. Not using photoshop is rapidly becoming an option.
