Late night
My plan was to be done at 8. Dilly however did not want to go to sleep. It is now 12:30, this is just awesome.

As a kid I don’t remember the Dr. Suess books to be all that long. Reading them now to Dilly at night I realized they are entirely as long as the Wheel of Time. Now Dilly just asks if I like green eggs and ham on things all day. She does not however do it in any order pertaining to the book, she just turns her sails to whatever catches her gales of laughter the best.
Between Mother’s Day and a large weekend project I didn’t even have a chance to start a comic until right now at 1 in the morning. I’m going to bed but had to post anything, otherwise it will be too easy to slack off next time. I guess I can’t really complain about work under the current environment.
Any given day seems to just be random choice on the overall theme. Some days are good, some are bad. When will it be normal again?
Why does trying to be healthy have to suck so bad. We need some SCIENCE!* to make eating chicken wings and watching movies be the healthy thing to do.
The next several days are going to be over 90. I don’t want to run the air in our poorly insulated apartment so this is gonna suuuck. Luckily we have a pretty sweet pool for the porch. It’s not even as good as the one drawn, it’s just a large storage container from under the bed. Between the tupperware pool and DIY swamp cooler in the living room our family’s West Virginian genes save the day. Squeak would be proud.
Like it says, I say jiff, I don’t know why it just sounds better. Those graphics people are the worst though. I’m sure there are other examples but I got a late start tonight, I actually had to work late for the first time since the lockdown started.
