I had to use a looser belt notch. A notch that I had added after losing a fair amount of weight. I’ve been half haphazardly watching what I eat but clearly it isn’t working.
So now for accountability in getting back down to what I should weight, I’m going to track my eating where I can’t hide it. Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red will track whether I’m on track for the Day and rolling Week. I’m starting them both at red.
